The registration fee for RDD 2026 is $2395. Participants registering before midnight US Eastern Standard Time on January 31, 2026 and academic, postdoctoral fellows, and government delegates receive a discount.
Registration fees are waived for graduate students with an accepted poster abstract if their academic advisor is registered to attend at the discounted academic rate of $995.
We waived the registration fee to help young scientists attend RDD. This gives them an opportunity to receive expert feedback on their work, learn from leaders in academia, industry and government, and network with peers and future employers active in pulmonary and nasal drug delivery.
- Admission to all Podium sessions and Explore with Experts panel discussions

- Option to attend up to three Workshop presentations, Tuesday afternoon, May 12

On-Demand Library Access:
For individuals who are unable to attend RDD 2026 in person, on-demand library access will be available from May 4 through June 30, 2026. This option does not provide access to the in-person conference, and you will not be able to stream sessions live.

Cancelling, Transferring, or Changing Your Registration
Cancellations
Cancellation requests from paid delegates must be e-mailed to registration@rddonline.com on or before March 26, 2026, to receive a refund less a $100 administrative fee.
Transfers
A registration may be transferred to a colleague at any time at no cost. Please send substitution details to registration@rddonline.com.
Changes to Registration
You are able to change your registration type if necessary. The following conditions apply:
- If you register as an in-person delegate but switch to on-demand access, we will refund the difference in cost.
- If you register for on-demand access but switch to in-person, you will be charged the prevailing difference in cost at the time of your request.
- If you are unable to attend, you can transfer the registration to a colleague at any time at no cost.
In the event that a pandemic or government restrictions force the cancellation of the in-person conference, we will switch to a virtual event. Your registration will automatically transfer to the virtual event and you will receive a refund for the difference in cost. Virtual tickets are non-refundable.
