Braunform GmbH, founded in 1977 is one of the world's leading partners in the field of plastic mold making. Braunform specializes in the production of multi-component molds, multi-cavity molds, stack molds, molds for medical technology (MED Mold®) as well as the reputed Lift&Strip²® system. The fully air-conditioned precision mold shop with state-of-the-art production technology serves – amongst others – industries like pharmaceutical, precision farming and personal care. For the pharmaceutical industry, sophisticated manufacturing processes, including automated assembly and stamping, are implemented in state-of-the-art clean rooms in accordance with GMP C and D. In our own technology center, injection molding machines for 2K (with silicone gating) and 3K applications can be used for pre-series production. Due to project management and full-service engineering, shortest time-to-market times are made possible and costs are significantly reduced.
