RDD Asia 2024 will be held in Kochi, Kerala. Kochi, popularly known as the Queen of the Arabian Seas, is the commercial capital of the Southern Indian State of Kerala. Kerala, which its inhabitants call 'God's Own Country', is an idyllic, tropical land of ancient trading ports, traditional 'houseboats', and forested uplands dotted with churches, temples and tea and spice plantations.
Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty, located on Bolgatty Island, overlooks the backwaters of Vembanad Lake and offers many amenities including complimentary Wi-Fi, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, spa, 24-hour fitness center, private houseboats, a tennis court, and various dining options. Temperatures in Kochi in November run in the mid-70s at night (23ºC) and upper 80s (31ºC) during the day. Cochin International Airport and popular places of historic and cultural interest, including Fort Kochi and Mattancherry are all just a short drive away.
Transportation
Cochin International Airport is 32 kilometers from the hotel. Taxis and Uber are available at the airport. The hotel concierge can arrange for a private chauffeur-driven air-conditioned car to or from any destination, 24 hours a day.
Accommodation at the Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty
Guest rooms at the Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty have been reserved for symposium attendees at special group rates from November 19 through November 21, 2024. These rooms are available at INR 14,000 (Indian Rupees) per night, single occupancy, and INR 15,000 double occupancy, plus 18% Goods and Service Tax. Guests may extend their stay at the negotiated RDD Asia 2024 room rate on November 18, and November 22, based on availability.
Our room block cut-off date is November 15, 2024, after which unreserved rooms will be released. We encourage you to make your reservations early as the room block may sell out before November 15, 2024.
Reservations for November 19 - 21 may be made via the Online Reservation Page. This will link you directly to the Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty reservation website. Select Dates of Stay and enter G-RDD2 in the 'Corporate or Group Code' box.
Special Note: If you wish to extend your stay to include the nights of November 18 and/or November 21, please make an online reservation for November 19 - 21 via the Online Reservation Page and then send the confirmation and which additional night(s) you would like to info@rddonline.com and we will contact the Grand Hyatt on your behalf.
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.
- Cancellations after November 1, 2024 will be subject to one night room and tax charge. Please retain your cancellation number. No-shows and early departures will also be charged for one night's stay. To avoid these charges please notify the hotel of any changes to your scheduled departure date as soon as possible.
- Please note that if you make a hotel room reservation but do not register for the RDD Asia 2024 meeting, your hotel reservation may be cancelled.
