Abstract:
A new chamber or reservoir is described that addresses the needs of clinicians seeking to target the lungs efficiently and quickly with aerosols generated from aqueous drug solutions. The chamber increases lung delivery significantly and improves reproducibility in the absence of sophisticated electronic control systems.
